CPRE have been advising ITM Power for many years on all of their property requirements both in the UK and Europe.  We have recently assisted them in a new lease of unit 3 on Bessemer Park Sheffield S9 through to the full fit out and a 30MVA power upgrade.

Working with land owners Heygates and Sons, promoter Barwood Land and Nigel Howard from DLA on the phase disposal of a large residential development just of the M1 in Northampton

Working with the Canal and River Trust and Fisher German on the water upgrade project on the Grand Union Canal

CPRE advised SHSC on the relocation of services from the Fulwood site to the new administration HQs.  CPRE has manged the entire project on the Fulwood site from gaining outline planning consent through to disposal
