Kevin is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who has worked with a range of public and private companies and managed some of the largest and most complex development schemes and property portfolios in the UK and Europe.
Recently Kevin has advised a number of Local Authorities enabling them to identify and deliver major opportunities to increase capital and revenue returns whilst also reducing revenue spend.
Kevin has gained over 30 years experience of working in the Property Industry in senior levels for House Builders , British Gypsum, Network Rail and in the NHS and Public Sector .
